Mrs. Hill began her nursing career in acute care, providing comprehensive care to older adult populations. She later advanced to the intensive care unit, where she managed critically ill patients and refined her clinical expertise. During this time, she also served as a clinical instructor at the University of North Georgia, an experience that ignited her passion for nursing education.
Her teaching background includes classroom instruction, clinical mentorship, and simulation-based learning. She is committed to fostering a supportive, engaging learning environment that prepares students for safe, evidence-based nursing practice. Through her work in simulation, she emphasizes critical thinking, clinical judgment, and reflective practice to help students transition confidently into professional roles.
